Praveen Castings, established in 1994 is an ISO 9001:2000 Concern dealing with the manufacture and supply of Raw and Machined Ductile, Grey, Ni - resist Iron Castings on par with the Domestic and International Standards. Around 40 SG Iron items are supplied to various industries as components after machining.

We can manufacture and supply castings of specified grade as per samples or drawings. Patterns for the same may be developed in-house of aluminium or wooden.
Components can be supplied fully machined from our sister concern, which is a full-fledged machine shop with CNC machining and measuring facilities.
Total plant area Covered 12,000 Sq. Ft, Uncovered 120,000 Sq. Ft.

Our production capacity is 250 MT per month, while our spare capacity stands at 80 Tons per month. The melting unit we own is a Medium Frequency induction furnace of 1000 Kgs capacity (INDUCTOTHERM). We can manufacture castings from 500gms to 1.5 tons as a single piece. For fettling, we possess a fully equipped fettling shop.

Various quality tests like Chemical, Metallurgical, Physical and Dimensional tests are carried out to ensure that the products are flawless. The liquid metal test is done using the Carbon equivalent meter and Immersion pyrometer. Wet analysis is used for Raw Material Test. The test of physical properties is done using Universal Testing Machine (40 Tons). The casted material test is carried out using Microscope and Hardness Tester. Complete wet analysis facilities are available for this test.

Quality Systems like In-coming, In-process, Final, Correction and Prevention Action are implemented. Technology and Quality management is taken up by experts with decades of dedicated service in this field. .
